How We Collect Consent

During the online checkout process at our website, customers are presented with a clearly labeled opt-in checkbox on the contact information step. The checkbox reads:

By checking this box you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Dream Racing (booking confirmation, pre-arrival reminder, post-experience follow-up) — approximately 1–3 messages per booking. The checkbox is unchecked by default; customers must affirmatively opt in by checking it before completing their purchase. Consent is collected exclusively through our website checkout form. No keyword opt-in, verbal, paper, or in-store consent methods are used.

Messages We Send

Only customers who have opted in receive SMS messages. We send the following transactional notifications:

  1. Booking Confirmation — Sent immediately after purchase with order number, experience details, date, time, and total.
  2. Pre-Arrival Reminder — Sent before the scheduled experience date as a reminder with date, time, and arrival instructions.
  3. Post-Experience Follow-Up — Sent after the experience with a thank-you message and optional review link.

Message frequency: 1–3 messages per booking. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Opt-Out & Help

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS notifications.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Your Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to send the transactional booking messages described above. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase — you can complete a booking without opting in.
