How We Collect Consent

During the online checkout process at our website, customers are presented with a clearly labeled opt-in checkbox on the contact information step. The checkbox reads:

By checking this box you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Dream Racing (booking confirmation, pre-arrival reminder, post-experience follow-up) — approximately 1–3 messages per booking. The checkbox is unchecked by default; customers must affirmatively opt in by checking it before completing their purchase. Consent is collected exclusively through our website checkout form. No keyword opt-in, verbal, paper, or in-store consent methods are used.

Messages We Send

Only customers who have opted in receive SMS messages. We send the following transactional notifications:
